INSTALLATION
Signage for the Benn Law Firm, 103 Market St. in York, PA
was commmissioned as a complete package. The custom sign bracket
was mounted at 13' above grade by two experienced installers.

Startup businesses often just order the sign, with or without hanger
and do it themselves. Easy to follow instructions & hardware are
packaged with every purchase. Quarteboards and door numbers
shipped by UPS, come with: (screws, cover buttons, lags,
anchor shields and links). So, whatever it takes for your situation ....
........ we'll be happy to"hook you up".

IRON BRACKETS
A hand wrought iron bracket is the perfect compliment to
a well crafted period sign. Shown is a colonial period look,
Over the years, I have developed easy working relationships
with two very accurate and artistic blacksmiths. The right
look and a secure mounting ensure the buyer of a safe and
attractive presentation for their crafted sign.

DESIGN and ESTIMATE
Simple designs like quarteboards and house numbers are freely provided upon request, along with a firm price. Verbal descriptions, sketches, photo clippings and paint swatches have all been used to coordinate with the customer. Plans for large, complicated projects require a lot of design time, consequently they warrant a reasonable design fee. Copies of approved plans are available at no charge for your local contractor. Your sign can be installed, delivered, shipped or picked up here.

REFURBISHING
We refurbish signs made by any maker ! But, ........ is the sign worth saving ?
When the time involved in repair approaches that of building and carving from scratch....
.......maybe think about a fresh design !
I prefer to personlly inspect and evaluate any piece of work. Good photos work too.
In either case, a "ballpark" estimate will be given. Sign blanks made of redwood
or cedar, properly assembled, have many decades of life when regularly maintained.
Even a well made sign needs attention after years of exposure.
Sometimes little more than fresh coatings of paint, and regilding are necessary.
Basically, take a critical look at ten or twelve years even for the best made of them.
